Sales Tax
California sales tax is applied to all orders shipped to California of 8.25%, or the required rate set by California. Because districts within California also charge their own sales tax, any orders shipped within our district will be assessed a tax rate of 9.25%, or the required rate as set by the District.
If you are a California Reseller, you are exempt from sales tax on items you resell. To become exempt at Tantalizing Stitches, your California Reseller Certificate must be in our files before purchase.
- Simply go to the California website and download the pdf.
- Then, fill it out and sign it. You can then provide it to us by email to el@tantalizingstitches.com (scanned copy) or by US mail.
- (We do not want your California Seller's Permit.)
