Exchanges and Returns

At Tantalizing Stitches, your satisfaction is important to us. For this reason, TS provides and exchange and return policy that protects all customers involved.

If you would like to exchange or return your item, please follow the instructions below.

TIMING:
To request a refund or exchange, the customer must contact El within 5 days of receipt of package by email at el@tantalizingstitches.com.

REFUNDS:
It is TS policy to provide refunds only when the purchased item is not as described.

EXCHANGES:
If for any reason, you are not satisfied with the item you purchased, the item may be exchanged subject to the following:
1) The item must be returned in the exact same condition as it was received.
2) All shipping charges are forfeited.
3) $2.00 restocking fee applies and will be deducted from the value of the item returned.
4) An email must be sent within 5 days of receipt of package to el@tantailizingstitches.com with a request for a return or exchange.
5) Store credit will be given.

ADDRESS FOR EXCHANGE / RETURN:
A response to your email will be sent with information about how to return your item, including the address where the item needs to be sent to.
